As I haven't been down in the shop for a while, I figured I'd start with something simple, and knock one off the list.

A simple home-made dead blow hammer.  Faces are polypropylene and Delrin.  Handle is ash with Danish oil finish.  Fitting is a 3/4 pipe thread in brass.
Lead shot - #7, I think - is inside.  It has 3.7 oz., which is about all it would hold and still leave space to move.
Handle is JB welded and pinned into handle.  Faces are threaded in; made with a cheap die I bought on a whim.

Very nice! A machinist hammer is on my long list of projects.

Bought a small DI for dialing in stock in a four jaw chuck. It only has a travel of .25" but should be fine for that. Made a holder for it to drop onto the QCTP.

I'm pretty proud of this one.  It's an air fitting for my coworker's air-ride seat in his RV.  German made seat, so of course it's metric.  Only place to get them wanted over 22 bucks to ship, so I said I'd attempt to make one.  Hit all the numbers, and it only took me about an hour all told.  For me, that is lightning fast.

Is that brass?

Yes. 1/4" bar, which is why the flange isn't quite as large as the original.

What do you use to make those grooves? I need a grooving tool. Chin

Regular parting tool for the groves. I just walked it back and forth a little. I used a hand file for the tapered ends.
