To be honest i have no idea what grade of steel i used ,, Slaphead just the first bit i picked up ,,,,,,,, more than likely it was some grade of mild steel ,,,,,,,,,, The tips are Copper .

I should also have added i have Nickel plated these parts ,Another one of my side projects i have been working on ( i have a few side projects ,all part of some master plan ,,,,,,,,,, I think Slaphead) ,,,Any way i am trying the process out on these parts before i have ago on the real job .

I used the bottom one in the photo ,,,JS three set one . It holds course ,medium and fine knurls ,,It was given to me by John (DOUBLEBOOST)
