Sector Arms for my dividing head
#1
I am building a dividing head from a new 40:1 gearbox and i needed some fancy sector arms made. So i made this simple fixture to make a nice round end. I cut the flats on my shaper ( i have a vid someplace) and then rounded the ends with my sander. I just sanded flush to the bushing that was cut the right size with a bolt holding everything together. I will post some pics of the DH build...Bob
