How to change Dermel drum sanding bands?

hi well mi fix for this problem is french chock or baby powder its the same as putting on a wet suet undo the screw remove the rubber boss then give the rubber and the drum a dusting and the drum will slide on then put the Assembly back and tighten up the screw

Option "B" would be to go to Dremel's 'EZ' change system, but those haven't gotten rave reviews either.
