Rob, it must be at least 35 years ago - not sure even what happened to the lathe never mind the top slide! I do remember making the new top slide was a very instructive exercise with the limited tools I had then.

Technically self delivered, but . . .    Posted on Cincinnati Craig's List for $1200 bought for $900.  New list price is $4600 + change.  Looks like it was set up, but almost never used.  Cables, cylinder rams, etc show no wear.  Paint shows washer marks on  floor mounting plates.

It was listed as a 7000# unit, but looks much heftier.  Anyone out there have experience with these?

I do not have room yet as the next project is raising the shop roof to 12 ft.

The pink bike is to go to a local homeless shelter after it is repaired.  Just one part of the ministry where I attend.

BTW, my engine hoist gave up the ghost when I tried to lift the first mast.   Smiley-signs131

Need to keep an eye out for a new air over hyd replacement cylinder.

Nothing like having motivation to raise the roof.
Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.

Looks good Stan. But I gotta ask, why do you have Dave H's garden cart?
