Ah don't go giving him a swelled head! He's been doing disgustingly beautiful work for many years, Rolls Royce aero engines don't get built by hackers like me.
Busy Bee 12-36 lathe, Busy Bee Mill drill, Busy Bee 4x6 bandsaw, Homemade 9x17 bandsaw, Ad infinitum.

Just think some day I'll graduate from go cart wheel hubs to key fobs to tooling and mabe some day something as accurate as an RT.Blush

Finally made the handle for the dial, then I went on to Graduating the dial, I was going to graduate it in Degrees and minutes but by the time I got to working on it I realized that Graduating in minutes would be impossible with a spin indexer, so I opted for decimals (ten lines per one deg.) this was much easier.
This morning I made the adjustable marker for the main table. I bent the curve in a hardwood form and tested it on the table, it was very close so I decided to run a 6" wheel in the form .008" for near cleanup. Now complete except for the TTTT nuts.
I guess this thread is long enough so onto to the next project.
Thanks for all the feedback and positive responses.
Claude

Impressive work Claude, can only imagine what you'll be producing on it.
Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.
