I will be so glad to be in Dipolog Philippines where the typical low for the year is 70 degrees F.  

BTW, my Chicago Lathe machining center is due to be delivered today.

Painters are here getting the house ready to sell. There's a motivated seller, ME!

Mill is ready to go back and Precision Matthews is scheduling a pick up for this week. I'll be so glad when that mill is out of my life.
