I'm in the US next week and have been asked to pick up a 7.62 x 39 chamber reamer for a friend. Any suggestions on suppliers/brands?

Brownells if they have it in stock, your friend didn't say or you didn't post so I would get a finish reamer and a set of head space gauges to go with it, you may want to also check at MidwayUSA to see if they have one in stock.
if you have to order it from a maker your looking at 6 to 8 weeks lead time
