Setting Up My PM935 Mill
The inserts for non-ferrous metals would be LNGX130708R-L88, available in uncoated grade WK10 or coated WXN15.

Realistically, you're like most of us here and for the few times you could use the benefits of that, it's just not worth the $200+ it would cost for a pack of ten. I have the same issue, so when I have time I go searching eBay for a bargain. On the upside, I've been REALLY lucky in finding bargains. :)

the right ebay search and the ability to bit at a moments notice will win a lot of auctions that guys like me used to miss.

it does take some tweaking of the settings in the advanced search area for it to work.

you never now when something will pop up or how long it will stay if its a buy it now auction.

I used the same tool as I used on that 1018 when I made my first chips with the mill. I was taking .040" depth of cuts. It sure is nice to be able to take that much off per pass. My old mill would have maxed out .015" and complained about it.
