I think I used WD-40 to clean my stuff. That and lots of blue paper towels.

Well, I have about 5 gallons of kerosine and lots of paper towels so maybe that will work. I'm moving my table
saw outside so maybe I can take some of that grease and put it on the table to keep it from rusting too. BTW, anyone interested in a 1960 Craftsman table saw that works? Big Grin

I'm sure kerosene will also get the job done. The aroma in the shop will be different that with WD-40 but the end result will be the same. Good luck!!

WD40 is mostly kerosine, with some nice smelling light oil added.
Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.
