Billy G's Die Filer
The Bearing Block (sheet 11) gives the centre (of vertical movement) as 1.5".  Base to centre of hole

The Yoke Guide (sheet 15) gives the centre (of vertical movement) as 1.625".  Base to centre of the .25" groove

There is a miss alignment of .125"

That is not a misalignment. It is for clearance with the crank.

Ed;

This is the slot I was talking about. The stud fits thru and pulls the Trunnion down locking it at a specific angle. It gave me the fits last night (Water Heater didn't help either) I just couldn't picture it. Now I can and will.

Dave;

Disregard my post on the alignment. I need to take another look at it. It looks like you are correct. Yup, you are. Ed, on the Yoke Guide make the height 1.875 instead of 2.000. That will make up for the error. Dave, yer battin 1000.

OK, much clearer now.

I'm getting behind on the changes. Good thing they are documented in this thread.

Take your time Ed. As you said earlier, "They will be complete and easy to follow when finished."

Good Morning Ed;
Sheet 2 of 15 (Back Plate) the ten .170 clearance holes need to be changed to .257, clearance for 1/4-28 screws. These are for the three Bearing Blocks and the two Yoke Guides.
