It gets tricky now. If I forget and cut them both the same way on the 45 degrees --- UH-OH.

One right, one left. Just slots to go. My shop day is over, tomorrow is another day. It's nice to be retired.

I'm still figuring how it all goes together.
I assume the Trunnion Rails go on the outside of the Side Plate(s). On the drawing for the Side Plate (sheet 3) the vertical distance between the two 0.257" dia holes is 1.281-0.937 = 0.344" On the drawing for the Left and Right Trunnion Rails (sheet 13) the vertical distance between the two 0.25" tapped holes is 1.312-0.9218 = 0.3902" I was assuming the .257" dia holes were clearance holes for the .25" screw to hold the trunnion to the side plate. Because the holes don't align up correctly may be I am assuming wrongly. DaveH

You are correct Dave, they will not align as drawn. The 1.281 dimension Side Plate) is correct. After I put the location pins in I will just match drill them. Ed can fix the print.

Any mistakes found so far can be attributed to me and me alone. I was in a hurry to get the prints to Ed. Please accept my apologies. All things said and done it is fitting up extremely well. This is attributed to Ed and his CAD skills.

I need a visual on this one Billy. Ed
