Here is how i made my degree wheel for indexing my spindle. I used a stick on 4" wheel from http://www.mcmaster.com/#protractor-dials/=gulle8 and some 4" aluminum bar stock that i have on hand. The one pic is the cutter since the degree wheel only had a 5/8" center hole and i needed bigger so i made a cutter with a 5/8" center pin and tapered the cutting edge to make a smooth cut when wacked lightly with a hammer. I did it right on my wifes counter top with another alum disc with a 5/8" hole in the center underneath it. The aluminum was turned on an arbor then bored to fit my spindle end. Enjoy...Bob
