Just a quick question.
For those who have a similar log splitter do you use oil or grease on the pusher part that runs on the Ibeam flange? DaveH

No, run it in dry.
Oil or grease would hold dirt and wear it out quicker than dry Dave

Dave, maybe you could try a dry film lubricant like Teflon? Once the carrier flashes off, there is nothing 'wet' for dirt to stick to.
