Got my jig finished today. Works as advertized. Just happened to have saved a couple of broken blades to practice on. Found out the solder I used isn't high enough in silver content to make a good joint, it broke easily when I was trying to coil the repaired blade to store it.
I know I have some better solder somewhere, just got to find it and try it.

Gave it a try today. Made a jig with two different width slots, figure the wood cutting blades have so much set you'd need to support them back of the teeth.
This was a broken one from the 4 x 6 saw.
Now trying to track down blade stock, not as easy to find in Canukastan
Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.
