it would be great if I could get some that shows the table feed with maybe a ruler in this for scale, I'm still working on the shaper (actually fired it up Saturday for a few minutes), I have to pull the big gear out of it as there's something in it that makes a knocking sound that shouldn't be there.
I had a guy in Fairbanks Alaska that sent me some photo's but his shaper has a different leadscrew in it then mine has.
Damn shame about you being in Ohio, too far to drive over and take an up close look at it.
YES Photo's please, good clear ones that show everything and the hand wheel on top I need to make one of those also.

I was finally able to get this pattern cut by a friend of mine in Tulsa on his CNC Router.
there were some changes made to it but basically still the same. the MDF warpped and I have it clamped to a piece of alumium flat bar trying to straighten it out.
