got a little more done, got the heavy parts put on with the help of the Easter Bunny, the saddle, table, head, motor and a few other parts. I made fittings for the oilings system for the leadscrews, made a manifold for the oil fittings, made a on/off switch plate to mount the new switch, and made brackets to make a way cover, heres some pics, Ill try to take some of the finished manifold tomorrow, I forgot today Bash

Now it's starting to look like a mill. I like the color.

Did you restrict the flow on the oilers at all? As with most things, oil will take the past of least resistance, so you may find that you oil your nuts really well but starve the ways. Commercial units have different fittings for different applications.

Mayhem, I have two lines going to the nuts (the red box in the last pic) then I have grease fittings installed for the ways, hoping it works ok, if not Ill go back to the oil can and spreading it around with my finger lol..... I know in real oil systems they have metering valves to control flow to certain areas,....Im low budget here :)

Sorry I misunderstood the set up. I thought that your manifold was running lines to the nuts and the ways (i.e. each line fed multiple fittings).

What you have should work well.
