I've seen the Grizzly sander at the showroom/warehouse, when the facility in Muncy, Pa, was open, it's a usable piece but far from great. At 150#, it rather light, the Jet is about 200#, the Conquest is about 250# and has a Baldor motor. I have a Jet milling machine, a 7 x 12 bandsaw, 2 drill presses, numerous air tools and hydraulic jacks and a lathe. I've never has an issue with any of them, I had a broken drive door on the lathe on arrival, I had a new one in in 3 days, no question asked.
I have a 6 x 48 Delta/Rockwell sander, that is a beast, but it has been basically replaced by a 2 x 48 high speed Jancy belt/grinder, a much more versatile machine, but the drawback is its about twice the price of the Jet, that Pepi posted the link to. the Jancy is a tool that's I use almost every day in the shop, I couldnt imagine being without it.
I would think you would be happy with the Jet.
