That's pretty much what I thought. I believe the same/similar design (and more detailed) is available from Hemingway Kits - Versatile Dividing Head in the U.K.
Guys, gotta get a couple other little "projects" out of the way first - re-set up my lathe, put "shop" back together, and get a motorcycle built. Setting up the mill and getting it running would be nice but I think I can get the dividing head done on the lathe. At the speed I'm moving right now, well, it may take a while to get to it.
