It took a little bit of studying the photo of the circular saw that photobombed the intended target to see the belt sander and router.
I have Delta sander just like that in my shop. It works fine just the way it is, and has for the 7 or 8 years it's been there. I'd leave it alone and just use it.
The router would be hard to turn into a toolpost grinder because of it's bulk. It wouldn't be impossible, but you would have to either hang it way off to the tailstock side and make a spindle extension for direct drive, or fabricate a bulky bracket and still have to build a spindle and pulley drive system.
