Checking My Nuts

Getting back to this project now. I had to reassemble the mill to take some measurements to make sure the new design for the nut assembly would fit. It does, but with little room for error. I think I've got all of the dimensions figured out and now I'm ready to make the nuts.

The nut housing will be using tapered pins to hold one of the nuts from turning just like Greg's nut. I've never used a taper pin and am wondering what size hole would you drill for the tapered reamer? The small diameter of the pin?
