The grinder is advertised as 54,000 rpm but I have no real idea how fast it is. I can't tell the difference in the engraving between the lowest and highest setting so I just use the low speed to save on air.
Steve, these are similar to the bits I'm have, I ordered mine from china and they were cheap but I only plan to engrave plastic and aluminum.
