Ken - I had thought about that but I really don't know if I would really want to go there. From memory, the price was fairly steep and there are other things I need to purchase first (like the 6" Vertex vise I just picked up on special for $266).

I also really want to learn how to mill manually before even contemplating CNC. Why should I let a computer crash my machine when I am capable of doing that myself!

If I do decide to go that path later on, it really isn't much work to remove the table.
