Not as fancy, used an old keyless chuck off a dead cordless drill, it seems to grab hard enough for the taps that are to small to run in with the mill. Also handy with a chamfering cutter to de burr holes by hand.
I have one of these so I don't plan on making one. I just thought there was a lot of good information on that site. I bought mine a couple of years ago but it still sits in the box it came in until I get my shop organized and a new workbench built. They sure have gone up in price. I think I paid $78 for mine and now they go for $250.
