Log Splitter
All of the parts to the pusher are made - not completely finished but I wanted to make sure all the parts bolted together.

Just a quick question. Smile

For those who have a similar log splitter do you use oil or grease on the pusher part that runs on the Ibeam flange?

No, run it in dry.
Oil or grease would hold dirt and wear it out quicker than dry Dave

Dave, maybe you could try a dry film lubricant like Teflon? Once the carrier flashes off, there is nothing 'wet' for dirt to stick to.  Chin

I think you are right guys - best to leave it dry.
I did think about this because I was thinking about some rollers - then it occurred to me with all the debris would cause major problems with the rollers.
Seems I forgot about all the debris. Bash
