That 5C collet closer is worth at least $325. Even if you do have to do a little bit of modification to get it to fit.

HI well theirs lots of things i use to clean up old tools with as most of you no most of my tooling cums from boot sales if their rusted solid i prefer soaking them in a mix of paraffin and diesel in a tub with a lid on and the key word is pashence on the other side of things for removing rust good old battery acid nothing eats rust like it once the component has bin in the acid bath you must wash well and oil the part to stop further rusting but i prefer after washing to use a rust inhibitor then once that has dried gave them a coting of oil right back to the thing in the tub if its a tool you is not formilay with on haw it works give it a google and see wot pops up and if nothing turns up get the camerae out and take lots of piks once all a part clean well the cleaner is up to you but common sens prevails ie if a part is panted un les you are going to repaint it don't use car pant thinner most of the cleaners are flammable so watch Wat you is downing with them as for dailies and lenses on dti gages well do you no wot the people that restore paintings yous to clean them well its their spit and that's all i use to kleen the ones i have dun with just mosen a Cotton wool but in your mush and wipe over the Daile as for the leans to remove scratches use t cut hope that helps

That load of tools is what we would refer to as a "You suck tool gloat", and deserves it's own thread! ;)
Wow, you definitely did well. While much of it appears to be Chinese import, that's OK for a lot of what you might use it for in a non-professional shop environment.
I have a few parts for Royal 5C collet closers lying around, and likely have the fulcrum parts you need. You would have to take the whole box, then in turn give away the stuff you don't need.
