An example of poor quality would be his magnetic travel indicator. First time I used it the mag pulled right off of the base. The dial sticks. Similar problems with a coaxial, just junk. He'll probably sell you a Rolex watch for $5 too (and charge your card $10). Buyer beware.
Interesting, I've bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff and never had any problems, I alway got what I ordered, the first time, never been shorted or had any backorders. I am very careful about what I buy. I've bought hundreds of the $8 AXA tools bit holders, never had a bad one, the set screws are changed, but everything else had been very workable.
