Little job on one of my bikes, seized rear caliper off, immovable piston... No chance of a replacement with the shops and breakers closed, and anyway, I'm tight...
Made a fixture to hold it in the drilling vice, drilled into the caliper to press the piston out, threaded the hole M8, polished the pistons and soaked the caliper body in white vinegar to clean out the corrosion (works surprisingly well!) before polishing the.bores, now to reassemble with new seals, plug the new hole with a button-head capscrew and copper washer, refit and bleed and give it a Vigorous Test in the sun!

What kind of bike? I know that the "control brake" isn't used there much. Over here, the Harley's of not-too-long-ago had such poor front brakes that the rear brake had become primary. The custom choppers often had/have no front brake at all! No big surprise that it got a bit wonky.
I admire the training and licensing that the UK has in place, and wish riders over here where as well-informed.

I did 6 spool gun tip conversions. The people send me their barrel from the spool gun. I drill it and tap it and back to them it goes. The conversion lets you use the larger mig gun sized tips in the spool gun which are expensive and the wire sticks in them...Bob

Finished reducing that log pile into timbers and a few boards.
And the associated slabs and sawdust. Anyone need some campfire wood?
Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.
