There's a FB group called The Manual Machinist which I have asked to join. I don't have any experience with the group but thought it may be of interest to some of the members of Metalworking Fun.

I am withdrawing my recommendation regarding the FB group Manual Machinist. Seems they are more interested in right-wing extremist topics than they are about machining. I have canceled my membership.

There's another group called "Machinist". You might want to avoid that one too.
