Johnson Model B bandsaw

I am currently working on a Johnson Model B bandsaw. Does anyone have any pictures of the sliding weight set up? My saw is missing it completely and after working on it tonight, trying to mock up the e-bay hyd cylinder, Im thinking I need a little more head weight. Any info or pics would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone has pictures of the motor mount. Mine has been hacked up and cobbed up, along with the base of the motor I would like to make it close to original if possible. Thank you,
