Earthquake videos. Ugh. Yeah, I'm one who is annoyed by his voice, though more by his "instructional" videos where he teaches obsolete and/or non-standard ways of doing things with the attitude that his way is the only way and the best way.
Nice enough for him to use subtitles in much of the video rather than talking. We have such a place not far from me, Mayhew Tool. It's a similar throw-back in time, though they have added CNC turning and milling wherever that can. It's the only way to beat the offshore competitors where you might see the same processes, though without the encumbrance of safety glasses, hardhats, hearing protection, worker's comp insurance, sanitary facilities, a 40 hour work week and other employee benefits. |
