Something Lower obviously and maybe with Bearings to take some load
Any ideas ???

I have one of these
solid deck dollies that I used to move my mill into place in my basement. Rated for 2000 lbs and rolled across the floor easy as can be. It's basically a heavy steel plate with casters under it. Simple but very effective.
