Hello guys,

The double sided tape with the center screw work! I've to work on getting the centre as much as I can.

First time using this:

Had dinner with my family couple of hours ago. Got my Thai sister-in-law to write in Thai to the guy that posted his work on Instagram. He responded! What he did was to mill out the shape of the roller 0.05mm smaller and hammer the roller blank in with a soft mallet. No screw needed.

Made this fixture in acrylic.  The holes are 0.05mm smaller than the wheels.  The fit is so tight that I've trouble removing the wheels after the job was done.  Ended up reworking the fixture by drilling though holes into each of them.  A little tedious having to pop each out from the bottom as I'll have to re-indicate in the fixture after each set of 10 (now 5 for test purpose).

The zero'ing is now using the centre hole of the wheel with the Mach 3 touch off script written by someone whose name I can remember. Great guy he is to share his work freely. From the first hole, I'm thinking of using the work offset to locate the rest. Still reading on how to use that. Anyone can share?

looks like Wongster maybe trying to knock Chip Fouse (I probably spelled his last name wrong) out of the business of making CNC wheels for Hot Wheels cars.

Nay, this was a noobie at work... The Sherline 10,000 rpm pulley set works very well. Burr free, or at least I don't feel or see it. Push the trimpot to max and went with 150mm/min feed at doc of 0.20mm per pass. Finishing pass at 100mm/min and cutting 0.1mm off the wall. Using air to clear chips with the air gun (handheld throughout). A little nerve racking but satisfying...
