Hi Lads   
     
  All this talk of die filers on Bills and Eds thread  has got me wondering who else has/uses a die filer .


Here is my machine a Thiel Produro 115 ,precision filing and sawing machine ,weighing in at 1500 Lbs   Big Grin

Stroke adjustment is infinitely between 1 5/8"  and 5" 

Variable strokes per minute of 60 - 300 

stroke and SPM adjustable on the fly . 

Table swivels in 4 directions  15 deg each way .

Also sports quick change tooling .

good old German engineering .  

Well thats mine , what else is out there ?

You must file a lot bigger dies than I do. 
Built this one from a casting kit, saw the kit on the net and thought it was cute,

I built this one a few years ago, but never finished it because I was short of space in the shop. Since that situation will be improved when I get back into my house, I'll probably put a motor on it and build a stand.

Hi Greg , I have seen one of those die filers , good solid bit of kit all cast iron construction . I like the ARO fitted to the shaper   Big Grin
