The HSS inserts that chipist referred to seem like and incredible deal for something very rare to find. I've bought several items form that eBay seller (dans_dscount_tools) and they've been great to deal with. You just need to be sure about the hole size.
That said, if the 10mm round inserts is what you want it seems you can get longer lasting carbide for the same money if you shop carefully. I have the same holder (which I use exclusively as a lathe tool) and should have a few inserts around. Mine would be carbide only, but if I've got a couple extra I'll send them to you if you're having a hard time finding what you want.
