Here you go lads , slotting tool for the lathe, Myford lathe based but can be modded to fit any lathe ,just adjust centre hight to suite your lathe .

Man, I wish you were my neighbor Rob! I would love to watch over your sholder. Very nice work. Did you make the pattern or copy an origional casting?

Hi Chuck , I made a pattern up for the job , you can actually buy a casting for about £10 .

Edit ; http://www.collegeengineering.co.uk/SlottingTool.htm it was a £10 At the time I cast mine , seams to have gone up a tad .
