Okay! stupid answers are my speciality! Could you draw the material over a sharp (+/-) 90° angle sorta like we do with a new sheet of sandpaper/emery cloth?
As a matter of curiosity what would the intended end use be?
Busy Bee 12-36 lathe, Busy Bee Mill drill, Busy Bee 4x6 bandsaw, Homemade 9x17 bandsaw, Ad infinitum.

Yeah Steve, I think we are going to give Tom's idea a shot and try using the corner of a 2x4. It's a "Red Green" project for one of my friends - modifying some magazine followers for one of his competition guns. I've already got the duct tape.
He was over here some time ago and had milled the necessary cuts in the magazine bodies. (His first time using a mill.) Now we just need to add some extensions on the followers.
