I want that drill something bad! The manufacture name runs down the side of the back Bering strut. It is on the side shown in the first pic. I did not have time to read it and the caked flaking paint covering the words was almost as much a distraction as my lovely bride yelling from the truck " hurry up lets go already".
Anyway the pile that drill is sitting in is not gravel but what seems like asphalt as it is rock hard and stuck in there but good.

I hope you are able to rescue it, as that would be a great rebuild thread, not to mention preserving a piece of history. The OH&S guys would have a fit if they saw it running though
