Thanks guys, I am still blown away because like Tom I wasn't even chasing tools at the time.
It has come at the right time because have a job coming up building a overhead crane with I beam for myself, so it will do the job a lot better than my little one as it only fits a 150mm beam with the jaw removed and I will need to cut 200mm and was going to do it with the 9 inch grinder.
I will post picture when it's over here on the weekend.

The alignment sleeve should unscrew off the end. They used to be (probably still are) available in a range of sizes to screw onto the end of a std adjustable reamer.

I checked and the pilot does unscrew from the reamer and it has a sliding cone on it that apparently helps keep the reamer in line with the hole. Something like this:
Now all I need is a kingpin to ream...

Dave - we expect to see a complete build thread on that crane. I'm entertaining thoughts of building one myself.

Just find any old (or not so old) Clark forklift....they all need kingpin replacement (among other things). Or old Ford twin I-Beam front ends.

I will for sure, something I have wanted for many years now as well. The jib crane was good, but I think a full overhead will be great.
I am playing with ideas for full motorised as the controllers (remote) are so cheap on ebay.
