Those are a C2 (ANSI) M10/M20, K10/K20 (ISO) class of carbide insert. It's got a TiN (titanium nitride) PVD coating. The description given on the website is accurate. You can use them in steels, just be careful about cutting speed. In steels, keep it under 300 sfm and you shouldn't have any problems.
