I recall seeing some number of distributors of OZ/EOC collets (USA, China, Germany, elsewhere) in previous web investigations - so since you already have the chuck, you may have some success in buying more collets. (I don't think SYIC sells in less than 100-lot(?) units.)
I wanted to buy just an MT3-spindle chuck, and I couldn't find anyone who sold such outside of a complete set (such as Grizzly/SYIC sell).
