[HELP] Can someone help me to re-gear my lathe?

Oh wow, I didn't mean to mislead anyone, it was just how I saw it.  Sorry for any confusion.

Here is a pic of the rest of the gears.  I hope I have made it clear in the picture.  

So Pete, you think I should change the lower gear in this latest picture?
