Thanks for the info but it is a lesson I have learned the hard way with a cheap drill chuck.
Tried to mill with a 2 flute mill bit I did not have a collet for popped out the chuck messed up the part all in one move.
Since I have purchased more R-8 collets to fill in the missing sizes.
