Forgot to mention, with the lathe tool holders the cutter sits angled to give the necessary negative rake (I think thats what its called) on the top of the tool. With the shaper tool holder you have to grind that angle into the top of your cutter, as the cutter is held perpendicular to the work.

Free advice is worth exactly what you payed for it.
