Sorry Darren, Of course,
Sometimes I just need to close the Laptop and probably my eyes for a bit
I will put a sketch together in the next week or so, I doubt the postage would be reasonable though Darren, and I do still use it but only for heavy bending where the flypresses just can't take the load. but it is a pretty cheap easy build, I think it took about three or four hours total to do the original build and most of that was on the stand. I used nothing but scrap materials. Even the bottle jack was borrowed from another pressing jig that we used to use on truck king pin replacement.
On a related item, these are great, I bought one for the business and so good was the reaction from the technical staff, that when we had a little win and rewards were deserved, I bought one for each of them to take home for their home workshops. I highly recommend these, buy one if ever you have the opportunity, there is a cheaper version, but these are only £28 and the blade is replaceable, the blade in the business' unit was cut down into two pieces for use inside boxes etc, it could still be used at full length just by clamping both of the blade parts together.
Best Regards
Rick
