I have my mill on stilts.
The mill does shake a little when I crank fast.
I also installed the iGaging scale on x axis. The bracket is just a piece of aluminium with drilled holes. Locating the holes took the longest time.
This piece of scale is the short one. I realized that I don't need to cut up the longer one which I'm setting aside for the lathe z axis. Besides, the travel of the mill is shorter than the scale. Also, it seems fine to leave the other end not fasten to the table. Seems to work well as it is.
Will be moving to the next 2 axes hopefully tonight.
