hi all as promised sum pics fitted the motor then had to strip the motor back dawn the Bering's i fitted has shielding on both sides on the original bearings they had non just a washer acting as a shield this was rubbing on the shielding on the bearing when ruining so i removed the shielding from the bearing gnaw ruining smooth when i dismantled the saw the motor was held on by only one bolt i soon fawned out why when i put the motor back on its bin fitted with the wrong belt so i left one bolt out just to get things moving and yep the belt snapped any one no where i can get a belt from john no the top and bottom blade guides are wrong and their is no speed control for this type of band saw any way her is the pics
