Is Vevor the reincarnation if the Enco import tool deals?

I've had, and still have some, Vevor items. I've had heat presses and they worked well. Only reason I don't still have them is I upgraded to larger machines. I still have a rotary for the laser and a 34" vinyl cutter. They seem to be a bit better than some of the nameless brands out there.
