You aren't going to reuse that bearing anyway so just put the outer race in your vice and tap out the spindle with a soft face hammer. Screw the lock nuts back on the spindle first to save the threads in case of an errant hammer swing though. If I remember correctly my original bearings weren't that tight of a fit on mine which was part of the problem in the first place.
