Hi Suitcase, welcome to the forum.
I didn't want to use open bearings for the spindle and chose to go with rubber seals instead since there is no easy way to re-lube the bearings as needed. I just bit the bullet and ordered a pair of SKS 7206BE- 2RZP bearings from Quality Bearings Online based in the UK. The new sealed in the box bearings were $5 cheaper (each) than what the ebay seller wanted for his open box (AKA: questionable) bearings.
Buy once - cry once and I'm done, and don't have to think about them collecting grit or losing grease over time. Now I'm debating on if I want to switch to metal gears inside the head stock instead of the plastic gears while it's apart.
